| For the moment I only have one picture on my site and it was taken just before I went to a hockey game and my children decorated me up accordingly. A few more pictures are forthcoming. I'm in the process of reeducating myself for a career change from being a carpenter to studying Medical Laboratory Science. I enjoy the peace and serenity that comes from a regular meditation practice. I try to live life mindfully at all times without judgements or resentments of others or myself. Judgements, resentments and attachments usually lead to suffering unnecessarily. I take what life brings before me and deal with to the best of my ability. Life is amazing when one stops to reflect and be mindful of EVERYTHING that happens, good or bad. All the best to everyone. Cheers |
